Question: I need to retrieve a survey and the associated data from someone else's account.

Answer


In order to transfer survey ownership, the following are required:

 

- email of consent to transfer from the current survey owner (and their NetID)

- the names of the survey(s) to be transferred

- the NetID of the recipient (please note, if the recipient does not have an active Qualtrics account, the transfer cannot be completed)

 

Even in the event that the survey owner is no longer at NYU, we still need to show an attempt to contact before escalating the issue. Please reach out to them using the most current email address you have and cc data.services@nyu.edu.
