Answer

1. Open Registry Editor in Start Menu
2. Go to the following  link: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Capital IQ\Office Plug-in
3. Check if:

ISSAMLUSER = True

SAML_URL = https://secure.signin.spglobal.com/sso/saml2/0oa1ms8bcuifh4FGK1d8/app/spglobaliam_sp_3/exk1mw4syfjR5fMGh1d8/sso/saml

1. If the registration information is not correct, use the registry patch for making the change:  save the attached file and add extension .reg to the downloaded file and run the file.
