Answer

1. Go to Capital IQ
2. Go to My Profile -> Downloads
3. Click and Download Office Plug-in (New Installer)
   Supported Operating Systems: Windows 8 (32-bit and 64-bit), Windows 8.1 (32-bit and 64-bit), Windows 10 (32-bit and 64-bit), Windows 11 (64-bit), Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-bit).
4. Run the installation file and open Microsoft Excel, you should see S&P Capital IQ tab in the main ribbon
   
5. Click Settings to complete SAML login
   1. Check the "Is SAML User"
      
   2. Hit CTRL, ALT,SHIFT,F12 all at once to open the "Edit URLs" window
   3. 
   4. Fill the field SAML URL
      https://secure.signin.spglobal.com/sso/saml2/0oa1ms8bcuifh4FGK1d8/app/spglobaliam_sp_3/exk1mw4syfjR5fMGh1d8/sso/saml
   5. Close "Edit URLs" window and hit Apply button
   6. Close "Edit 
6. Restart your Excel
