Question: Can my materials be made public in UltraViolet on a specific date and/or a specific date range?

Answer

Yes, you can embargo the files in UltraViolet until a date that you specify, for a period of up to one year after the date the record is published. Metadata for embargoed files, including the DOI, will be available as soon as the record is published. If you require a longer embargo period due to funder requirements, please contact the service team at uv@nyu.edu.
