Yes. Depositing materials in UltraViolet gives NYU a non-exclusive license to distribute the materials–it does not mean that NYU now owns the rights to the materials. You can deposit the same materials elsewhere, depending on the other repositories’ (and/or your funders’) policies. However, remember that the DOI in UltraViolet will only link to this specific version of your materials. If you publish these materials in multiple places, researchers may use any/all of the DOIs to these materials.
