If available, articles or chapters requested through ILL are delivered electronically, usually within 3-4 days. Books, if available, are delivered physically usually within 7-10 business days*, but in some cases may take longer. Service may be slower during the peak of the semester or during vacation periods. Because of the many variables involved in ILL process, we strongly encourage patrons to plan ahead as much as possible and to be prepared for a potentially longer turnaround time.
