Please submit your request as early as possible; otherwise, the materials may not be able to arrive by the time you need them. The processing time varies depending on the volume of requests submitted since the requests are processed in the order received. Generally, materials available in our collections or from your personal collection can be processed within 1 business day. During peak periods (2-4 weeks before the start of the semester), processing time increases to 3-5 days.

NOTE: For items that the library currently does not own, it might take 1- 3 months to purchase and process. We will keep in touch with you if there are any problems. If you’ve requested scanning services, anticipate at least 2 days of processing time.
