No, NYU's Bloomberg subscription does not include access to Bloomberg Anywhere, which is a separate product offering. (Bloomberg Anywhere can only be associated with one user, and is extremely expensive.)

Bloomberg must be used at the terminal, on-site. The remote access option for all Bloomberg clients (academic and corporate), necessitated by the coronavirus pandemic, ended on June 30, 2022.
