Question: How can I access my saved list of databases?

Answer

NYU Libraries has previously offered a way to create a list of databases via our A-Z list databases. When browsing the list of resources, users had the option of clicking "save database" and adding a database to a saved list (see image for an example).

Now that we have migrated to a new presentation of our databases and electronic resources, this functionality has become suppressed and will eventually be retired. Users can still access existing lists of saved databases by going to our A-Z list of databases, searching for a specific database title, and then clicking "save database." You will be prompted to log on with your NetID and password and will be able to see your saved databases.

As an alternative, you can also save databases by searching for them in BobCat. Once you find a database and want to save it, you can select "add to e-shelf."
