Overdue BLCC equipment accrues at a rate of $1 per open hour for a maximum of $25 per item.

Additionally, the borrower will be fined the replacement cost (up to $2,000.00) for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged.

Items not returned by the due time will be considered lost, and the borrower will be charged the full replacement fee, based on current market value.
