Loan periods vary based on the type of item you’re borrowing, your user status, and library. All library materials are subject to recall. If your books are recalled by the library, you will be notified via email that your new due date is one week from the time of recall. 

NYU Abu Dhabi:

Books are loaned until the end of the semester. Videos are loaned for one week and are eligible for renewal once. All library materials are subject to recall. If your books are recalled by another library user, you will be notified via email that you may keep your items for one more week. Please note that items borrowed from Bobst Library in New York are governed by Bobst Library policies.
