Question: How can I find info on trade barriers by country?

Answer

Trade Barriers are government-induced restrictions on international trade and can take many forms.  Common barriers to trade are tariffs, quotas, and non-tariff barriers.

Go to the NYU Business Library's Economics & Statistics section for links to useful resources including a link to the following suggested resource.

EIU Country Commerce Global: Go to a selected country and search for the tariff and non-tariff barrier section.

You may want to consult the following:

Office of the United States Trade Representative, USTR.gov

Export.gov; for Foreign Trade Barriers information by country and region with links to other sites.

World Trade Organization, World Tariff Profiles
