Question: Where can I get access to FRED?

Answer

The Federal Reserve Economic Data “FRED” is a database maintained by the Research division of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.  FRED is updated regularly and allows 24/7 access to regional and national financial and economic data. Go to fred.stlouisfed.org

You may want to consult the NYU guide on Economic Resources, US Statistics for links to Federal Reserve sites.
