"Offsite Available" means that a book is held in our offsite depository. Eligible users may request the item, or a partial scan of the item, by clicking the blue "Request" button in our online catalog.

Users will be notified by email when items are ready for pickup. Scans are usually delivered electronically within 24 hours. Physical items are usually delivered in 2-4 business days for pick-up locations in NYC, and a few days longer for Global Academic Centers.
