How do I add money to my printing account?

Students enrolled full-time in degree or diploma programs receive the following print grants per semester:

  • Fall/Spring: $50
  • Winter/Summer: $25

Important things to know:

  • Any unused portion of a print grant expires at the end of the semester and the funds cannot be rolled over
  • Print grants cannot be used for anything other than printing
  • Unused print grants are not eligible for refund

There are no current options to add money to your print account. The NYU Campus Cash program ended on August 15, 2025. Submit an IT service request for more support with your print grant account. 

NYU faculty, and staff should refer to the NYU Print Service for Departments.
