Question: My professor wants me to check out a book for them. How do I do that?

Answer

We strongly recommend against using your own account to check out materials for your professor or anyone else.

Ask your professor to designate you as an "Proxy Borrower" on their account, which will allow you to check out materials on their behalf.  The Proxy Borrower form must filled out and signed by both the sponsor/faculty member and the additional borrower.

Please contact the Bobst Library Circulation department for more information.
