Why can't I renew my books online?

Most circulating books checked out from Bobst can be renewed online indefinitely, but some are not eligible for renewal. These include:

  • Some Interlibrary Loans*
  • Recalled books
  • Leisure Collection books
  • Reference books
  • Periodicals
  • Course Reserve books

*Note: Interlibrary Loans do not belong to NYU. Their due dates are set by the libraries that lend out the materials. Please contact Interlibrary Loan with renewal questions.

Books overdue by more than 30 days may not be renewed online and should be returned. Outstanding fines and overdue books may also prevent you from renewing books online.

If online renewal services are unavailable, try again later or contact the library for help.
