Question: Can I get a copy of an NYU dissertation if I am not an NYU user?

Answer

Interlibrary Loan

If you would like to borrow a copy of an NYU dissertation or thesis but you are not an authorized NYU Libraries user, you must request it through your home library.

NYU Libraries loans material to other institutions, not individuals. Please see Interlibrary Loan - Lending to Other Libraries for more information on our lending policies.

On-Site Access

If you are in the NYC metropolitan area, you might have on-site access to NYU Libraries materials as a visitor. Please see our Visitors' Policies page for more information.

Purchase

If you would like to purchase a copy of an NYU dissertation or thesis, you can do so if the author has made it available. Please check the ProQuest website for availability, pricing, and delivery information.
