Question: How do I find Harvard Business case studies?

Answer

Find access to NYU's subscription to the "Harvard Business Case Study Collection" on the Business Library's "Case Studies" page. Note that this database does not include all Harvard case studies. The 500 most popular cases are not included. If your case is not in the database, check if your instructor has included it as part of your course packet or posted it on NYU Classes.

If the case you want is not in the database or your course pack, you can purchase it directly from the Harvard Business School Publishing (HSBP) website.

One library database, Business Source Complete, has access to the HBS case study abstracts (i.e. brief summaries) only. Very infrequently, Business Source Complete may have an HBS case study if it has been published in full in the Harvard Business Review, their flagship journal.
