Question: The status of the item I want says reshelving, how do I get that?

NYU New York: An item with this status has been returned to the library within the past 36 hours. First, check to see if the item is in its proper location in the Bobst stacks. If you cannot find the item on the shelves, you may wish to check in the book sorting room of the floor or find a stacks staff person for assistance. If your search is still not successful, you may wish to check the Circulation sorting shelves, located on the first floor behind the Circulation Department desk.

NYU Abu Dhabi: Please note that NYUAD items do not have "reshelving" status, as they are typically shelved within hours of return. NYU Abu Dhabi users who are searching for Bobst items that have "reshelving" status may place a request via BobCat as per usual (sign in, click the blue request button, select NYU Abu Dhabi Library (UAE) as pickup location, click submit).

NYU Shanghai: Please note that NYUSH items do not have "reshelving" status, as they are typically shelved within hours of return. NYU Shanghai users who are searching for Bobst items that have "reshelving" status may place a request via BobCat as per usual.
