Questions about printing, including failed print jobs, should be directed to the Printing Support Desk on LL2 or Computer Center staff located in the center of the combined service point on the main floor during service desk hours. Call 212-998-2460 if there is no staff available at the Printing Support Desk on LL2.

Outside of regular business hours, email lib-helpdesk@nyu.edu If a copy machine makes poor copies or eats your money.

In order to request a refund for money lost to the vending machine, please call the number located on the vending machine for service.
